Day 25: Italian Chicken

1 red onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
2 cloves garlic, crushed (or garlic powder)
Salt, pepper, and basil to taste
1 small bottle Zesty Italian dressing
1 26 oz. jar chunky spaghetti sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded


  1. Put onions and peppers in slow cooker. Add chicken. Sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, and basil. Pour dressing over chicken. Cover with spaghetti sauce.
  2. Cover; cook on low 6-8 hours. During last hour, sprinkle with cheese.
