Day 5: Grilled Chicken/Steak



4 small beef steaks
Greek salad dressing
Steak seasoning
Chicken seasoning
4 boneless chicken breasts

  1. Marinate the steak in the steak seasoning and the dressing for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Heat the grill; cook the steak and chicken until done.
Notes:
  • Can be served with baked potatoes and salad.
  • The steak can be substituted with more chicken.
