Salt and pepper
Montreal chicken seasoning (or your preferred seasoning)
Flour
Butter
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper (and additional spices, if desired).
- Dredge chicken pieces in flour.
- Distribute pats of butter on baking sheet; place in oven to melt.
- Remove pan from oven. Place chicken pieces on pan. Melt butter, and drizzle lightly over chicken pieces.
- Bake 70-80 minutes, or until golden brown and done.
