1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
2 cloves garlic, crushed (or garlic powder)
Salt, pepper, and basil to taste
1 small bottle Zesty Italian dressing
1 26 oz. jar chunky spaghetti sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Put onions and peppers in slow cooker. Add chicken. Sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, and basil. Pour dressing over chicken. Cover with spaghetti sauce.
- Cover; cook on low 6-8 hours. During last hour, sprinkle with cheese.
